Heart function
From ancient times to today, the heart is a symbol of health, wisdom, intuition and love.
The heart is not just an organ that circulates blood to sustain life, but an organ that can influence and direct emotions, morality, and decision-making, separate from the brain.
And this idea is widely understood, transcending time, place and culture.
Proper emotional control
History has created an endless loop of false emotions.
Negative emotions such as hatred, blame, fear and retaliation continue to create an endless cycle, regardless of whether there is war or not.
On the bright side, this is an opportunity for us to learn how to properly regulate our emotions, which research shows can actually benefit our bodies.
Correct emotional control will lead to improved relationships and happiness for each individual through feelings of joy, which will lead to world peace.
Mind meditation
Proper emotional control is related to healthy heart activity. Here we recommend meditation on the mind. It doesn't take long to focus the mind.
Find a quiet moment in your day and focus on your breathing to feel the movement of your mind and body and experience a sense of stillness.
Try to be aware of slowing your breathing with each breath. As you become aware of your heart and its connection to everyone and everything, cultivate that feeling of calm and upliftment.
We unconsciously cultivate negative emotions like fear, jealousy, anger, sadness, etc. In the same way, by practicing cultivating uplifting, righteous emotions every day, we may be able to continue to generate righteous emotions unconsciously.
When our hearts are open in this way, we feel more intuitive, more patient, more connected, more present, more generous, and more wise in our lives.
We think it is our brain that thinks, but the heart may know everything.

Heart function
From ancient cultures to today, like a thread through the needle of time, the heart appears as a symbol and source of health, wisdom, and intuition.
As a symbol, it transcends time, place, and culture, and it's a commonly accepted that when we are connected to the heart's inner knowing, its wisdom can be used as a source for love and higher, intelligent guidance.
Beyond its obvious imperative in sustaining life, the heart is not simply a muscle or a physical pump that moves blood throughout our body, but an organ capable of influencing and directing one's emotions, morality, and decision-making ability.
Emotional control
History has left in its wake an endless trail of mismanaged emotions.
Whether the result is a World War, mismanaged emotions such as blame, hate, fear, and retribution have left an endless, unnecessary loop of suffering throughout history.
The good news is, this is a moment of time where we have the technology and understanding to actually learn how to more efficiently and effectively manage our emotions, and studies have shown that if we can do this properly, we can achieve healthier.
relationships, improved prosperity, feelings of joy and wholeness, and even personal and global peace.
Heart meditation
It doesn't take much time to get heart centered.
Simply find a quiet moment in your day and find stillness in your body and mind by paying attention to your breath.
Each time you take a breath, slow it down, place your awareness where your heart is, then practice cultivating those filling, elevated emotions that connect us to everyone and everything.
Just as we unconsciously cultivate fear, jealousy, anger, or sadness on a regular basis, if we practice feeling elevated emotions every day, who knows—it might just become how we normally feel.
When our heart is open, we are more intuitive, more patient, more connected, more present, more forgiving, and more knowing.
That's why I like to say the brain thinks, but the heart knows.
