At KOSMIC MARKET, we have implemented a system that allows customers wishing to purchase wholesale products to place product orders smoothly. By using this system, you can add the products you need to your shopping cart just like you would with regular shopping, and pay at wholesale prices. In addition, the wholesale price will become even cheaper depending on the frequency and price of your purchase, so please take advantage of this system.
How to use
First, please apply for a wholesale account using the form above.
After you apply, you will be notified of the results within one week.
If your application passes the screening, you will receive the email below.
Follow the instructions to activate your account.
Once your account is activated, you will be able to purchase products at wholesale prices as shown below.
Please add the item to your cart while logged in to your account (the discount rate will be displayed on the screen) and make payment.
Note: If you add an item to your cart when you are not logged in (when the discount rate is not displayed on the screen), the wholesale price will not be applied.
Terms of Trade
Please use the KOSMIC MARKET cart to place your order.
The commission rate will be disclosed to members only. Commission rates vary depending on the product.
The rate will be adjusted based on your monthly order amount.
The order amount must be at least 30,000 yen (retail price).
As a general rule, shipping costs will be borne by our company.
Orders that do not meet the wholesale price of 30,000 yen will be canceled or additional shipping fees will be charged.
As a general rule, delivery will be made by a carrier designated by our company.
The delivery location must be stated with each order.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to special areas.
We only accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered products. However, returns must be made within one week of delivery, and shipping costs will be borne by us (cash on delivery).
If payment is delayed, we may suspend your account and charge you late interest at 14.5% per annum until payment is received.
