Ignite the included charcoal with a lighter. Place it on a fireproof plate. Once the charcoal is completely lit, place the resin on top of the charcoal and let it melt.

Smudge from room to room, shaking your body so that the smoke surrounds you and reaches every corner of the room. After smudging, enjoy the scent as it is. Place the stick on a fireproof plate, add as much resin as you like, and enjoy the scent and the trail of smoke.
