A message from the manager of Kosmic Market

Let's change the times together

Over the past two months, huge changes have come about, and it has become necessary for humanity to reconsider how we live. It has only been two years since I started this small store. The concept when I started was to sell transparent wellness products directly to customers while sharing information related to natural lifestyles.

The concept remains the same, but I feel that the meaning and importance of the concept have changed. I never imagined that the whole world would suddenly be forced to take voluntary action and to think deeply about my way of life and identity. I myself have been given time to reexamine my way of life, and to think about the direction of Kosmic Market. I have made some decisions about Kosmic Market over the past few weeks, so I would like to share them with you.


Kosmic Market's Promise

  1. Our customers are our number one priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you decide that the product is not for you, we will refund the full amount. This is different from the usual promises you hear when shopping, such as "return within 7 days for a refund," but the period is at your discretion (we believe that our customers' common sense is the same as Kosmic Market's).
  2. We honestly communicate the "good and bad points" of our products. We do not sell products by jumping on trends, do not have transparent ingredients used like department stores or mass retailers, have unrealistic image strategies, or have inconsistent environmental awareness. Our marketing budget is tiny compared to the big names, so we only promote our products through word of mouth and social media platforms. We are occasionally featured in magazines, but we do not pay advertising fees.
